Comparta's PSIRT (Product Security Incident Response Team) is responsible for responding to security vulnerabilities in Comparta's products, systems, and services.
We follow industry best practices to enhance product security and provide our customers with highly secure products.
Please use the form below to report potential security vulnerabilities in COMPARTA’s software, firmware, and products to the COMPARTA Product Security Incident Response Team (Comparta PSIRT).
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in one of our products or services, please carefully review our “Privacy Policy” and report the vulnerability to us using the form below.
Reports may be submitted anonymously, but please note that without contact information, we will not be able to follow up with you.
When reporting a vulnerability, please provide the following information to help us better understand the nature and scope of the reported vulnerability:
- Name and model of the product in which the vulnerability was detected
- Version of the product containing the vulnerability
- Types of vulnerabilities (buffer overflow, remote code execution, etc.)
- Potential impact of the security vulnerability
- Procedure for reproducing the security vulnerability
- Proof-of-concept code, exploit code, etc.
We will communicate with you via email after you contact us using the submission form. We recommend using a PGP key to exchange emails if they contain confidential information. Our PGP public key will be provided to you separately.
We kindly ask that you coordinate with us regarding the process for reporting security vulnerabilities and the date of their disclosure.
This form is intended solely for reporting security vulnerabilities; any other inquiries will not be processed by COMPARTA PSIRT.
Reports received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national or company holidays will be acknowledged within 3 business days starting from the first business day. Please note that we do not always respond to every report.
